YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND OUR CRAFT SET UP
● Indoor space is $10.00 per day, approx. 6’X6’ area.
● Outdoor space is $18.00 per day, approx. 10 X 10 area.
● Electric is available for an additional $3.00.
● Bring your own tables, all set ups should be covered at the end of the day.
● Set up fees are to be paid in advance to reserve space, no refunds.
● You may set up the night before the show, between 6:00 – 8:00pm or set up by
9:00am the day of the show. Space will not be saved after 10:00am.
● Closing time depends on the show, 9:00am start time.
● Craft building is not heated, dress for the weather.
● Demonstrations are encouraged and a welcome addition to our show.
● Handmade crafts only,no flea market items allowed.If items are not considered
handmade they are subject to removal. No food items are to be sold.
● The NW PA Steam Engine Assc. assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or
damage of any kind.
